Partner Program
Affiliate Terms
Version 2026-07-31 · Effective July 31, 2026
These terms govern participation in the AlgoLift Partner Program. They are written to be read — the summary below is the shape of the deal, and the sections that follow are the agreement itself.
- Commission
- 30% of every qualifying payment, for 12 months
- Attribution
- 60-day cookie window, new customers only
- Payouts
- 30-day refund hold, $50 minimum
- Non-negotiable
- Disclose the partnership · no income or pass-rate claims · no paid ads targeting the AlgoLift name
The summary is for convenience only; the numbered sections below control.
1. The agreement
a. Acceptance. These Affiliate Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the AlgoLift Partner Program (the “Program”). By clicking to accept them, by enrolling in the Program, or by promoting AlgoLift using a tracking link issued to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program. You (the “Affiliate,” “you”) and AlgoLift (“AlgoLift,” “we,” “us”) are the only parties to this agreement.
b. Relationship to our other terms. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the AlgoLift Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your use of the platform. Where these Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a Program-specific matter, these Terms control for that matter only.
c. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must hold a valid AlgoLift account in good standing. We may decline or revoke enrollment at our discretion, including where participation would, in our reasonable judgment, create legal, regulatory, reputational, or competitive risk.
d. No agency. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment, or agency relationship. You have no authority to make or accept any offer, representation, or commitment on our behalf, and you may not describe yourself as an employee, agent, or representative of AlgoLift.
2. Definitions
a. Tracking Link. The unique URL (and any equivalent code or coupon) we issue to you, which identifies traffic and customers attributed to you.
b. Referred Customer. A person who (i) is new to AlgoLift, (ii) arrives via your Tracking Link, (iii) creates an AlgoLift account within the Tracking Window, and (iv) is recorded by our attribution systems as attributed to you.
c. Tracking Window. The 60-day period following a click on your Tracking Link during which a resulting signup may be attributed to you.
d. Qualifying Payment. A payment actually received and retained by AlgoLift from a Referred Customer during the Commission Window, net of refunds, chargebacks, discounts, credits, and payment-processing reversals. Qualifying Payments include recurring subscription payments and one-time purchases such as credit boosters, except where excluded under Section 4.
e. Commission Window. The 12 months following a Referred Customer's first Qualifying Payment. Payments made after the Commission Window closes do not earn commission.
3. Commissions
a. Rate. Subject to these Terms, you earn 30% of each Qualifying Payment made during the Commission Window. Individually negotiated rates, where we have agreed to them in writing, supersede the standard rate for your account only; the rate shown on your Partner Program dashboard is the rate that applies to you.
b. Attribution. Attribution is determined solely by our systems and those of our tracking provider. Attribution depends on browser cookies and related technology and can fail for reasons outside anyone's control — including ad-blockers, privacy browsers, cookie clearing, device or browser switching between click and signup, and use of a different email or account than the one that clicked. We do not compensate for unattributed conversions, and our records are the authoritative record of attribution.
c. New customers only. Commissions are payable only for genuinely new customers. Existing users, returning former users, users who already have an active or lapsed account, and users who reached us through another attributed channel are not eligible, regardless of link usage.
d. Referred-customer offer. Referred Customers may receive an introductory discount of 20% off their first 3 months. Commission is calculated on amounts actually paid after that discount. We may change or withdraw the introductory offer at any time.
e. Milestone rewards. In addition to cash commissions, we may grant non-expiring platform credits when you reach qualified-referral milestones (currently: 1,000 credits at 1; 2,500 credits at 3; 5,000 credits at 5). Platform credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and may be modified or discontinued prospectively at any time.
f. No commission on your own purchases. You may not earn commission on your own account, on accounts you control, or on accounts of members of your household or business. See Section 6.
4. Holds, payment, and taxes
a. Refund hold. Commissions are held in a pending state for 30 days from the date the underlying payment is received, to account for refunds, chargebacks, and disputes. After the hold clears, commissions become available for payout.
b. Reversals and clawbacks. If an underlying payment is refunded, charged back, reversed, discounted retroactively, or otherwise not retained by AlgoLift, the corresponding commission is reversed. If a reversal occurs after payout, we may offset the amount against future commissions or, where no future commissions are expected, request repayment.
c. Minimum payout. You must accumulate at least $50.00 in available commissions before a payout is issued. Balances below the minimum roll forward.
d. Payout method. Payouts are processed through our third-party affiliate-payments provider. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payout details and for any fees, currency-conversion costs, or delays imposed by that provider or your receiving institution. All amounts are stated and paid in U.S. dollars unless we specify otherwise.
e. Tax documentation and responsibility. You must provide valid tax documentation (for example, a Form W-9 for U.S. persons or the applicable Form W-8 for non-U.S. persons) before we are obligated to issue any payout. You are solely responsible for all taxes arising from your commissions. We do not withhold taxes except where required by law, and we may withhold or delay payouts where required documentation is missing or where withholding is legally required.
f. Inactive and unclaimed balances. If your account is closed, terminated for cause, or remains inactive with no attributed activity and no valid payout details for twelve (12) consecutive months, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, treat any remaining balance below the minimum payout threshold as forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before doing so.
g. Disputes about amounts. You must notify us of any dispute regarding a commission calculation or payout within sixty (60) days of the relevant statement or payout. Absent timely notice, the amounts are final.
5. How you may — and may not — promote AlgoLift
a. Required disclosure. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to AlgoLift wherever you promote us, in a manner consistent with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and any comparable rules in your jurisdiction. The disclosure must be unavoidable — placed near the recommendation itself, not buried in a description, comment, bio, or hashtag block.
b. No performance, income, or outcome claims. AlgoLift is analytical software. It does not generate trading profits, and it does not guarantee that any strategy will pass a prop-firm evaluation or be profitable. You must not state or imply any guaranteed, typical, or expected profit, income, pass rate, or return, and you must not present AlgoLift as a source of income. You must not present hypothetical, simulated, or backtested results as actual results.
c. No financial advice. You must not present AlgoLift, or yourself when promoting AlgoLift, as providing personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and you must not describe AlgoLift as a broker, adviser, signal service, or managed-account service.
d. No testimonials you did not earn. You must not fabricate testimonials, invent user results, misrepresent your own experience with the product, or present undisclosed AI-generated personas as real users.
e. Prohibited traffic and placement. You may not: bid on AlgoLift trademarks, brand terms, or close variants in paid search, or use them in display URLs or ad copy in a way likely to be mistaken for us; use paid search or ads that direct traffic to a URL that redirects to your Tracking Link in a way that misattributes our own traffic; operate coupon, deal, cashback, or loyalty sites that intercept existing purchase intent; use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, auto-redirects, iframes, browser extensions, toolbars, adware, or any technique that sets attribution without a deliberate user click; use unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging (spam); post on platforms or communities where promotion is prohibited by that platform's rules; or use bots, click farms, or incentivized signups.
f. No impersonation or confusion. You may not register domains, social handles, app names, or business names containing “AlgoLift” or confusingly similar terms; create sites, pages, or accounts that appear to be operated by AlgoLift; or represent that you are an official AlgoLift channel, support resource, or reseller.
g. No unauthorized resale or modification. You may not resell, sublicense, bundle, or redistribute AlgoLift subscriptions; offer rebates, cash, or other consideration in exchange for signing up through your link, except where we have approved it in writing; or modify, mask, or shorten your Tracking Link in a way that obscures the destination, other than with reputable link shorteners.
h. Lawful and appropriate content. You may not promote AlgoLift on or alongside content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes any third party's rights, and you must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising regulations in every jurisdiction where you promote.
6. Program integrity
a. Self-referral. Referring yourself, or any account you own or control, is prohibited. Such referrals are automatically disqualified and earn no commission.
b. Fraud and manipulation. Any attempt to manipulate attribution, inflate clicks or signups, create accounts on another person's behalf, or otherwise obtain commissions not genuinely earned is a material breach. We may void the affected commissions, withhold your entire balance, terminate your participation, close your AlgoLift account, and pursue any other remedy available to us.
c. Investigation and determination. We may investigate any activity we consider suspicious and may withhold payouts during an investigation. Determinations of eligibility, qualification, disqualification, and commission amounts are made by us in good faith, and our records and those of our tracking provider are the authoritative record.
7. Brand and content licence
a. Limited licence to you. During your participation, and solely to promote AlgoLift in the manner these Terms permit, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the AlgoLift name, logo, and any marketing assets we make available, in the form provided and without alteration. All goodwill from that use accrues to AlgoLift. The licence ends automatically when your participation ends.
b. Licence to us. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reference your name, handle, likeness as it appears in publicly posted promotional content, and that content itself, for the purpose of identifying you as a partner and re-sharing your promotion of AlgoLift. You may withdraw this licence prospectively by written notice.
c. Your content is yours, and yours to stand behind. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including its accuracy and its compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
8. Data and confidentiality
a. Referral data. We report referral activity in aggregated and pseudonymised form. You are not entitled to the personal data of Referred Customers, and we will not provide their identities, contact details, or account contents. You must not attempt to identify, contact, or solicit Referred Customers using data derived from the Program.
b. Confidential information. Non-public information we share with you about the Program — including negotiated rates, unreleased features, and performance data — is confidential. You may not disclose it without our prior written consent, except where disclosure is legally required.
c. Privacy compliance. Where you collect personal data in the course of promoting AlgoLift, you are the controller of that data and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy law, including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents.
9. Term, termination, and changes
a. Term. These Terms take effect when you accept them and continue until terminated.
b. Termination by either party. You may leave the Program at any time by ceasing to use your Tracking Link and notifying us. We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, on notice.
c. Effect of termination. If we terminate without cause, commissions already earned and not reversed will be paid in the ordinary course once they clear the hold and reach the $50.00 minimum, and commissions on payments from your existing Referred Customers continue until their Commission Windows close, unless we state otherwise. If we terminate for a material breach — including any breach of Section 5 or Section 6 — you forfeit all unpaid commissions, and we may reverse commissions already paid on affected referrals.
d. Program changes. We may change the Program — including commission rates, the Tracking Window, the Commission Window, milestone rewards, minimum payouts, and these Terms — at any time. Changes take effect prospectively when posted, or on the date we state. Material changes require re-acceptance before your Tracking Link continues to earn commissions. Continued promotion after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it. Changes to commission rates do not apply retroactively to commissions already earned.
e. Suspension of the Program. We may suspend or discontinue the Program in its entirety at any time. If we do, we will pay commissions earned and not reversed up to the discontinuation date, subject to the hold and minimum-payout terms.
10. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
a. No guarantee of earnings. We make no representation or warranty about the amount you will earn, the volume of traffic that will convert, the availability or accuracy of tracking, or the continued availability of the Program. Any figures shown in Program materials, including illustrative calculators, are illustrations only and are not projections, guarantees, or typical results.
b. Provided as is. The Program, the Tracking Link, our reporting, and any assets we provide are furnished “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
c. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Program, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Program will not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
d. Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlgoLift and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, penalty, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your promotional content and methods; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law, regulation, advertising rule, or platform policy; any representation you make about AlgoLift beyond what we have published; and any claim that your content infringes or misappropriates a third party's rights.
11. General
a. Governing law and venue. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Program (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the State of [New York], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any suit, action, or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [New York, New York], and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
b. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, your Program participation, your Tracking Link, or any right to commissions, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
c. Notices. We may give notice by email to the address on your AlgoLift account, or by posting to the Partner Program dashboard. You must send notices to us at the contact address published on our website.
d. Severability and waiver. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
e. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the AlgoLift Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and any written individually negotiated terms we have agreed with you, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Program and supersede all prior discussions and understandings on the subject.
f. Survival. Sections 4(b), 6, 7(a) (as to termination of the licence), 8, 9(c), 10, and 11 survive termination of these Terms.
