About AlgoLift
AlgoLift is the no-code platform that tells traders whether their strategy passes a prop-firm evaluation — before they pay for it. Traders build strategies on a visual canvas, backtest them tick-by-tick on real order-book data, and simulate the full prop lifecycle across dozens of real firm rulesets. We're a small, senior, remote-first team building serious quantitative tooling for a market that's been stuck with spreadsheets and guesswork.
About the role
Algorithmic-trading tools are usually hostile and ugly. You'll help us prove they don't have to be — designing the builder, the analytics, and the moments where a trader gets a clear answer instead of another wall of numbers.
What you'll do
- Own design across core surfaces: the strategy builder, results analysis, and prop simulation.
- Turn dense, quantitative information into clear, confident interfaces.
- Prototype interactions and partner closely with engineers to ship them faithfully.
- Evolve and maintain our design system and visual language.
- Talk to traders and let what you learn shape the product.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in product design, ideally on complex or data-heavy products.
- A strong portfolio showing information-dense UI done well.
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping.
- Comfort collaborating in a fast, engineering-led, remote team.
Bonus points
- Experience designing charts, dashboards, or data visualization.
- Interest in finance, trading, or quantitative tools.
- Some comfort in code (HTML/CSS/React) to prototype.
