#What to send

A question gets answered in one reply instead of three when the first message has:

1. Where you were. The project's name, and the stage or tab you had open, for example Optimize, or the Robustness tab's Path Luck.
2. The run. Its instrument and test period, or the time you ran it.
3. What you expected, and what you saw. Quote any message the app showed, word for word.
4. A screenshot, if the problem is something on screen.
