Not simulated yet

AlgoLift does not simulate this plan yet. Its rules are recorded here so you can read them; a simulation needs every outcome-changing rule recorded first.

How the prop simulator works

Approximated

  • Evaluation steps: The simulator runs one evaluation phase, or none on an instant-funding plan; a second step is not simulated.
  • Hitting the daily loss limit: The simulator stops trading for the day at the limit and keeps the account open; a limit that fails the account is not simulated.
  • Floor checked against open profit: The simulator checks the floor against each trade's worst excursion inside the trade.
  • Going over the consistency share: The simulator caps the day at the share of the target and stops trading for the day, which reads the same as a pass that waits.
  • When the pass is judged: The simulator passes the evaluation on the trade that reaches the target, once every other condition holds.
  • Floor checked against open profit: The simulator checks the floor against each trade's worst excursion inside the trade.
  • Payout schedule: The simulator applies the calendar days between payouts; processing days are not simulated.
  • Trading hours: The backtest's session window applies the hours before the simulation; the simulation itself does not read them (retired 2026-08-15).
  • Flat by: The simulator reads a trading-hours end as the time trading stops.

Not modelled yet

  • Trailing drawdown stop by platform: Rithmic: stops at the profit target's balance; WealthCharts: stops at the profit target's balance; Tradovate: never stops
  • Early withdrawal: For the first three payouts the safety net (drawdown plus $100) must be kept, but once it is reached a payout may dip up to $500 into it.
  • Commissions: Charged per side by platform. Rithmic: equity index minis $1.99 a side ($3.98 round turn), equity micros $0.51 a side. Tradovate and WealthCharts: equity index minis $1.55 a side ($3.10 round turn), equity micros $0.52 a side. Other products have their own rates on each platform's schedule.
  • News trading: Allowed
  • News rule: No blackout window. Strategies that chase news or place orders on both sides of a release to gamble on the outcome are banned.
  • Holding overnight: Not allowed
  • Holding over the weekend: Not allowed
  • Loss per trade: Open loss on a trade may not exceed 30% of the start-of-day profit balance (30% of the drawdown on new or low-profit accounts, 50% once profit doubles the safety net), and a stop may not exceed five times the profit target.
  • Price limits: Live traders must stay out of limit-up and limit-down market conditions and follow CME rules.
  • Inactivity closure: 30 calendar days
  • Minimum activity: At least 2 trading days with $50 or more of net profit in any rolling 30 calendar days, or the funded account closes.

Other 100K plans

Test your strategy against the Apex Legacy 100K rules before you pay the fee.

AlgoLift runs your strategy’s trades through an account’s rules, thousands of times in different orders: how often it would pass, the rule that ends it most often, and what passing is likely to cost in fees and resets. An estimate from past trades, never a promise.

AlgoLift does not simulate the Apex Legacy 100K yet, so the project opens with Apex named and no account picked.

Rules checked against the firms’ own pages, most recently on 19 October 2026. This is a summary of each firm’s published rules, not financial advice and not a recommendation of any firm. Firms change their rules and prices; read the firm’s own page before you buy. Facts are paraphrased and linked to their source.
