Conduct

Inactivity closure · Every Builder size

7 calendar days

Minimum activity · Every My Funded Futures account

Any other activity the firm requires to keep the account open (a trade every week, qualifying days in a rolling window), as it states it.

None

Identity check · Every My Funded Futures account

When the firm checks the trader's identity: before purchase, before funding, or before the first payout.

Before trading the sim funded account: identity document, live selfie and proof of address through Sumsub, plus AML screening; one verified profile per person.

Breaking a rule · Every My Funded Futures account

What the firm does when a rule is broken (a soft breach that pauses the day, a hard breach that closes the account, profits withheld), as it states it.

Hard breach of the max loss limit closes the account; the soft daily loss limit only pauses the day. Prohibited practices can mean termination, confiscated profits, failed or unfunded passed evaluations and no refund.

Firm's discretion · Every My Funded Futures account

Decisions the firm reserves to itself (reviews before a payout or a live move, closing accounts it judges to break the spirit of the rules).

The firm decides alone whether conduct is prohibited and what to do, reviews passed evaluations and payouts, decides live transitions, and on Pro enforces a Consistent Trading Policy against oversizing, flipping and similar behavior.

03How AlgoLift simulates it

Simulating the My Funded Futures Builder 50K

AlgoLift's prop simulator runs a strategy's trades through this plan's rules: 56 of its recorded rules exactly as stated, 11 as an approximation. The rules listed as not modelled change an account's outcome but are not simulated yet, so a simulated pass rate leaves them out.

How the prop simulator works

Approximated

  • Evaluation steps: The simulator runs one evaluation phase, or none on an instant-funding plan; a second step is not simulated.
  • Hitting the daily loss limit: The simulator stops trading for the day at the limit and keeps the account open; a limit that fails the account is not simulated.
  • Floor checked against open profit: The simulator checks the floor against each trade's worst excursion inside the trade.
  • Going over the consistency share: The simulator caps the day at the share of the target and stops trading for the day, which reads the same as a pass that waits.
  • When the pass is judged: The simulator passes the evaluation on the trade that reaches the target, once every other condition holds.
  • Floor checked against open profit: The simulator checks the floor against each trade's worst excursion inside the trade.
  • Payout schedule: The simulator applies the calendar days between payouts; processing days are not simulated.
  • Profit in every payout cycle: Holds whenever the profit counted from the last payout must be positive (payouts.min_profit since the last payout).
  • Trading hours: The backtest's session window applies the hours before the simulation; the simulation itself does not read them (retired 2026-08-15).
  • Flat by: The simulator reads a trading-hours end as the time trading stops.
  • Shortest trade: Simulated as a payout gate on the funded account when the plan records its shares (payouts.min_hold_shares): trades held longer than this time must make up more than those shares of the cycle's trades and profit. A rule with no shares recorded is not simulated.

Not modelled yet

  • Add-ons: MLL add-on: $125 list instead of $153; the loss limit drops to $1,500 (buffer $1,600) in every stage, everything else unchanged.
  • Commissions: Round trip costs per contract from the instrument list, e.g. ES, NQ, RTY $4.68; YM $5.76; MES, MNQ, M2K, MYM $1.90; CL $4.92; GC $5.12; MGC $2.20; MCL $1.16; MBT $3.50; currency futures about $5.04 to $5.12; grains and livestock $6.12.
  • News trading: Allowed
  • News rule: Tier 1 releases (FOMC meetings and minutes, the Employment Report, CPI; EIA for energy traders; agricultural reports for ag traders): no open positions or orders from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after the release on Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro sim funded accounts. Evaluations, Builder and Studio may trade them. On every account, news-burst strategies such as straddles are banned.
  • Holding overnight: Not allowed
  • Holding over the weekend: Not allowed
  • Price limits: No trading while a product is within 2% of its CME price limit, enforced on sim funded and live accounts; equity index overnight trading is suspended when the 7% limit leaves 5%.
  • Inactivity closure: 7 calendar days

What the simulation leaves out

  • Optional add-ons are not included.
  • The firm's commissions are not added: the run's own commission setting applies.
  • The firm's trading hours and flat-by time are applied by the backtest's session window, not by this simulation: a run that held past them is flagged, never re-priced.
  • Price-limit rules are not simulated.
  • Inactivity rules are not simulated: a strategy that sits out keeps its account here.

Notes on this plan’s simulation

  • The $1,500-MLL checkout add-on variant is not included (default $2,000 MLL modeled).
  • The live transition (after the 5th payout) is out of scope; the sim closes the account there.

Test your strategy against the My Funded Futures Builder 50K rules before you pay the fee.

AlgoLift runs your strategy’s trades through an account’s rules, thousands of times in different orders: how often it would pass, the rule that ends it most often, and what passing is likely to cost in fees and resets. An estimate from past trades, never a promise.
